Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist


As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for setting up and driving our core programs of sourcing talent and raising the bar of talent that comes to Ixaris. You will own hiring for Tech positions covering Software & Data Engineering, IT and Site Operations roles for our Malta based and offshore teams.





 


What you are


Previous experience in IT/engineering recruiting

Strong candidate-sourcing skills

Strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing

Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively

Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English

Must be result-oriented

Stakeholder management and communication skills

Can strive in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with change

Que funções irão desempenhar

What you'll do


You will source, engage and recruit Tech talent for our Malta and offshore teams.

Running end-to-end selection processes

Partner with hiring managers to execute on hiring plans

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from active pool.

Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.

Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets

Providing excellent candidate experience and building relationships with potential and existing candidates

Report on recruiting metrics and performance reports on a regular basis
