You will source, engage and recruit mid to senior level Tech talent for our Malta and offshore teams.
The role is a highly collaborative and visible role interacting with leaders across the region to execute on hiring plans
Partner with hiring managers to execute on hiring plans
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from active pool.
Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets
Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring and ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.
Report on recruiting metrics and performance reports on a regular basis
