Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and hungry to succeed experienced recruiter to join their Talent Management team which is currently expanding. You will be working along with the HR on sourcing, finding and hiring talented individuals to join always growing iGaming business in Romania (Bucharest).
 
Responsibilities : 
 

  • Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via various media
  • Cooperate with other departments within the company to reach talent acquisition goals
  • Full commitment in recruitment process
  • Screening of incoming applications from different sources
  • Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews
  • Keeping internal systems up-to-date
  • Advertising via different media channels
  • Liaising with external agencies
  • Taking initiatives to introduce new ideas or improvements for  the recruitment team
  • Take responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hours

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Approachable, proactive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to make decisions requiring independent judgment
  • Driven and dedicated
  • Able to think of the bigger picture, and come up with innovative ideas to attract talent

 
 Requirements : 
 

  • 1 to 2 years experience working within the recruitment sector
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
