Requirements:

Previous account management or B2B Sales experience

Fluent in English and German with solid understanding of Swiss German.

Interest/knowledge in digital marketing / web and social media

Good MS office knowledge, digital native

Self motivated, with great time management skills

Que funções irão desempenhar

Managing Customer contact actively and pro-actively handling questions and requests via inbound and outbound calls and emails of clients who are using our services for the German market:

Technical Support Inbound and Email

To assist and support clients with setting up and completing their local business’ profile and make sure it complies with services, for example Google My Business (15-20 minutes duration per call)

Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved

Educate customers on the features of company products

Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution

Onboarding Calls Outbound

To guide the clients through the set-up and completion of their local business’ profile and make sure it complies with services, for example Google My Business (15-20 minutes duration per call)

Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved

Educate customers on the features of company products

Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
