Responsibilities:
Formulate the Sportsbook campaigns plan for the company’s sports customers on various markets
Evaluate and report accurately on campaign performance
Monitor the quality of offers as seen by the client through each channel
Planning sport calendar and ensuring big events get the necessary exposure on the website
Be responsible for competitive bonuses and incentives set-ups and monitor their success
Work with product teams in planning cross-sell activity to/from the existing customer base
Responsible for ensuring that the site is updated and maintained.
Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to ensure that site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices (inc.mobile)
Evaluate and improve new functionality and features
Work closely with Oddsmaking, Marketing, CRM, Product and Support teams
Play the Sports Leader role across departments and the contact person for sports related questions
Do a regular analysis of competitor activity with regards to product development, promotions and positioning.
Stay updated with industry news, sportsbook product innovation and overall emerging technologies
Attend industry conferences, supplier and industry events when required.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position as Sportsbook Manager,
Solid experience in IGaming sector (at least 3 years),
In-depth understanding of the sportsbook product and development process,
The commercial management of the sportsbook knowledge,
Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills,
Polish language would be considered an asset,
Flexibility to travel between the offices.
To be based either in Malta or in Poland.
