O que procura nos candidatos

•             Higher Education Degree or qualification in IT subjects;

•             Minimum requirement of one year leading development teams with at least 4 resources;

•             Experience in development over SQL Server (T-SQL, Database management);

•             Experience in architecture and drawing software application.

•             IT knowledgeable;

•             Programming language knowledge;

•             Achievement oriented and Analytical ability;

•             Communication skills and Management skills;

•             Planning & Organizing.

Que funções irão desempenhar

•             Management the Developers team, the ticketing tool, troubleshooting and task assignment;

•             Analyze projects’ implementation;

•             Ensure the deadlines and milestones undertaken with other departments and clients are met;

•             Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the tools and developments;

•             Analysis and specification of solutions;

•             Implementation quality control;

•             Control of deadlines and milestones undertaken with other departments and clients;

•             Implementation of campaigns: Script, loading Databases, reporting and Result extraction;

•             Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the campaigns in the productive environment;

•             Survey of development requirements to set-up new projects;

•             Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies;

•             Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategic and plans as required by department leadership;

•             Provide the team a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of "Care" to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance and engagement.
