Job Description, "On behalf of our client, one of the most exciting startup B2B games platforms in the market,
supplying games and platform technology to some of the biggest companies in the iGaming industry.
Following their launch at the end of 2018, they have been growing rapidly, attracting many new partnership
opportunities and building our customer base. To meet these growth demands and accelerate the business further, they
are now looking to hire an additional Software Developer with Account Management responsibilities to support their
growing Portuguese operation.
Reporting directly into the Technology Director, the chosen candidate will be part of a small team that not only develops
but also manages all the businesses technology projects. You will be developing solutions (new modules, features and
enhancements) based on business requirements and you will be required to communicate daily with key stakeholders
across the business including other teammates, the QA team, suppliers and operators.
Communication skills are really the key in this role. You will be required to take on an Account Management
responsabilities, liasing closely with, and acting as a point of contact for, clients on a daily basis.
The day-to-day role will be spent between enhancing, or making new, documentation, developing tasks in your backlog,
handling requests, attending meetings and occasionally participating meetings.
Handle multiple communication channels
Write and maintain documentation for your solutions
Analyse external documentation to translate into tasks and provide estimates
Manage your projects through Jira using Kanban
Handle bug analysis requests
Overcome browser compatibility challenges
Communicate with third parties to translate into new developments
Comfortable using Jira
Comfortable using Confluence
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent customer-facing handling skills
Must be motivated towards detail and quality standards, especially in documentation
Must feel comfortable speaking with various people both through chat and voice throughout the day
Good project and client management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology
