Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fast-paced international operations in Malta. Building a successful team within fast growing company is not an easy task and our client believes that ‘Talent’ is equally important as the successful product that the company offers.
In order to keep the development, the company is looking for the next key member of Talent Acquisition Team.
Job Description
As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past at a pace you most likely have not yet experienced. Being responsible for the largest studio within International Operations (Malta), you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in achieving ambitious goals, developing innovative initiatives, robust structures and processes as well ultimately develop not just an industry leading Talent Acquisition team, but a global one.

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Operations in Malta, whilst managing an existing Talent Acquisition team and their continued development.
  • Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processes, as well as ‘bottle’ our success for our continued growth.
  • Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables to the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stake holders.
  • Utilize all the resources available to continue to pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new, financially-feasible, sources.
  • Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate.
  • Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their resourcing requirements.
  • Pro-actively network around the business, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs.
  • Develop strong external knowledge of the market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed
  • Manage the entire recruitment process to successful completion for the Malta studio in collaboration with current Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful
  • Where relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates
  • Pro-actively and professionally represent the company in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates


  • Degree in either Marketing, HR or PR
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience within both an internal and external Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles
  • Proven track record working within a fast paced, international environment
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law considered an asset
  • Experience recruiting on various levels including executive and senior roles.
  • Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors
  • Experience with sourcing tools and technology
