Our client is expanding their RFP team and are hiring Senior Risk, Fraud & Payments Analysts to cover night shifts.

You will be responsible for proactively anticipating issues to minimize fraud risk and uphold outstanding levels of customer service. In the role, the Senior RFP Analysts will be assisting the Manager in separate duties to upkeep the quality, procedures and mentoring of fellow team members.

Reporting to the Risk, Fraud & Payments Manager

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position within the iGaming industry

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to build strong relationships

An aptitude to coach and mentor colleagues

Meticulous, proactive and possesses good analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure

A team-player with a positive mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Fluent English Language skills

Responsibilities:

Act as the Manager's right hand and act as a point of reference for any queries and escalations made by the team

Monitor daily volumes and team performance to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met

Assist management with monitoring the team's performance, identify and suggest areas of improvement

Proactively suggest ways to ensure that current processes become increasingly more efficient and effective

Be responsible for training onboarding employees and identifying training needs for existing team members

Adequately carry out all day-to-day Risk, Fraud & Payment duties

Be proficient and have strong knowledge of all platforms whilst keeping them up-to-date

Liaise with other departments in order to resolve any escalated issues
