The Real Time Marketing team is a newly formed team that has a vision to build deep, long-standing relationships with customers through optimisation and personalisation of the customer experience. Utilising the Single Customer View to ensure each customer is getting the right message, through the right channel, at the right time - driving growth, engagement and commercial KPIs across the entire customer life cycle.
Experience leading a Real Time Marketing or Conversion Optimisation team within the online gaming industry or digital marketing agency
Strong project management and analytical skills
Collaborative working mentality
Commercially driven with an awareness of compliance and regulation.
Expert with real time marketing and segmentation tools
Passion for sport or casino games

Areas of Responsibility:
Working under the guidance of the Head of Integrated Marketing and in collaboration with CRM, Sport and Casino commercial teams, the Senior Manager will be accountable for shaping and delivering the strategy for real time marketing, conversion optimisation and personalisation.
You will be accountable for overseeing the end-to-end RTM and conversion optimisation process from insight, ideation, collaboration, prioritisation and briefing, all the way through to execution, post-test ROI analysis and roll out.
You will oversee the real time marketing strategy for on-site communications and be a consulted stakeholder for new channel activations
You will take the existing roadmap and shape/develop it further to incorporate key learnings from our data
Accountable for ensuring processes are in place for the robust delivery of segmentations, audiences and aggregated metrics within our marketing technology stack.
Accountable for delivery of data reconciliation process with other digital analytics systems as well as the escalation process in such scenario.
You will be accountable for maintaining and developing a robust QA process for all our RTM activity pre and post production
Drive the RTM steering committee, ensuring business goals are aligned, prioritised, and ROI/learnings are fed back to business
Based on campaign analysis and competitor insights, recommend new and innovative ways of optimising future activity for real time marketing strategy, tailored to different customer requirements, with an aim of increasing the lifetime value players
Carry out regular competitor analysis reviewing user experience and marketing communications across different territories
Work closely with the Marketing Communications Team to create enticing marketing material
Focus on player profitability and implementation of this metric across all bonus related decision making
Mentor, develop and manage team members of the Real Time Marketing team.
