Being a Senior Data Collection Analyst in Fast Data Support - is mainly about Live Supervision and maintaining the focus around the Supporter/DCA team and making sure everyone understands the process and is acting accordingly.
Desired qualifications:
- Super Backup – support of games when necessary
- Guarantee Janus Admin tasks are properly and timely executed
- Support Live Support & Monitoring Team on gathering information from games
- Provide live supervision and feedback for Data Collectors (Supporters)
- Execute Training & Re-training for Data Collectors (Supporters)
- Re-arrangement of shift plans & distribution of games
- Support quality control, reviewing supporters' performance and handling QC queries
- Fluent English
- In-depth sports knowledge
- Wide experience working with the Fast Data Product
- Ability to teach, engage, explain, demonstrate, guide, and enable
- Decision maker and proactive approach in a live and fast-paced environment
- Good command of Office 365
