We collaborate with a range of clients, from innovative start-ups to established corporations, driving transformation and translating strategies into measurable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Nearly completed Master's or Doctorate in analytical/quantitative fields (e.g., business, economics, psychology).
• Professional experience in consulting, particularly in compensation, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for strategy, HR, and finance.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and possess excellent communication skills.
• Relevant internships in consulting or finance are advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive strategies for clients in executive compensation, job evaluation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with CEOs and CFOs on transformation processes, IPOs, and mergers, focusing on incentive design and overall compensation strategy.
• Support strategic initiatives alongside experienced consultants, aligning with corporate goals and sustainability.
• Design compensation systems for top managers and contribute to HR strategy development.
• Monitor trends, market practices, and financial metrics relevant to employee motivation.
