As a Sales Coach you will be dedicated to a contact centre campaign and be responsible for analysing its team’s sales results, performance and development, in order to provide it with the necessary training/coaching to assure their best results. You will have a key impact on our agents’ success.

Your Profile

• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory);

• Strong background in Sales is mandatory;

• Previous experience as coach/ trainer is an advantage;

• Experience in contact center is an advantage;

• High degree of technical understanding;

• Organized and methodic;

• Goals and solutions oriented;

• Dynamic and flexible;

• Autonomous and proactive.
