SALES BUSINESS MANAGER

 

Our international client is going into a period of expansion and is looking for a Key Manager that will support the teams and the business on their continued growth!

 


 

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Word and Excel.

Knowledge of CCMS System.

Fluency in English written and spoken.

Ability to communicate correctly and clearly.

Math & Analytical Skills.

The ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

 

Benefits:

Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)

Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities:

Designing, implementing and coordinating the sales strategy of a team of 5+ Managers and 60+ sales professionals.

Performance Management: Analysis and presentation for the performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders.

Managing the communication with different stakeholders.

Working with the Head of Business to lead the operational efficiency of the business by exploring ways to improve the processes, employee satisfaction, hiring methodologies, etc.

Monitoring the performance and development of the operational teams.

Inspiring, motivating, providing guidance to all Team Managers and ensuring the achievement of targets and KPIs (121, coaching).
