  • Build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Gather relevant information on potential new clients.
  • Create and execute solid business development plans based on latest industry intelligence
  • Update and maintain client delivery records, tracking the progress of client accounts
  • Contribute to commercial proposals, constructing supporting documentation as required
  • Understand and support client ambitions, tailoring the service received and escalating to the CEO as required
  • Oversee projects, accounts or issues relative to each client
  • Respond in a timely manner to client communications or queries
  • Provide quality controls to the client experience by ensuring best practices are employed
  • Contribute to the profitability of the business


  • Solid knowledge of slots and other online casino games
  • Significant experience in the online gaming industry, either supply or operator (product) side
  • Excellent organisational skills
