O que procura nos candidatos

One of our iGaming clients based in Malta are hiring a Risk, Fraud & Payments Team Leader. Reporting to the Head of Risk, Fraud & Payments, the Team Leader will be responsible for mentoring the team, making sure that KPIs are achieved and that processes are followed correctly.

 

 

Requirements:


1+ years’ experience in a similar position within the iGaming industry

Strong leadership skills

Able to work closely with other departments across geographical boundaries

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Work well with tight deadlines

Proactive & 'Can Do' attitude

Adaptable to change and understanding of change management to support the business

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

 

Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities:


Act as a constant point of reference for any queries or escalations made by the team or by other departments

Reach department KPIs set by the business

Monitor the analysts’ quality and productivity in a structured manner and action accordingly any non- adherence to processes and lack in productivity

Hold 1 to 1 meetings on a monthly basis with analysts to discuss their performance, areas of strengths and areas of improvements. Providing feedback through quality assurance and guiding the team members to ensure that they achieve the necessary work standards

Identify any training needs or lack of processes

Suggest improvements to the existing tools to make workflows more efficient

Maintain and develop team processes & knowledge base

Be a reliable and effective liaison with other departments to resolve any related issues

Work closely with other departments to make sure that procedures related to RFP are in place and up-to-date for the operation teams

Recruit and train new joiners

Assist the team with the training and any administrative duties

Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of RFP
