Description of the Mission Activity management
Define and design the network architecture in compatibility with IT architecture and standards technology of the group ;
Optimising and improving the procedures and performance of telecom networks;
To ensure the automation and optimisation of procedures and all Intelcia's telecom networks; To ensure the automation and optimisation of procedures and all Intelcia's telecom networks;
Contribute to the analysis and resolution of problems, particularly major incidents;
Anticipate and manage risks (impact assessment, crisis and escalation management, prioritisation);
Maintain up-to-date operating documents;
Ensure the availability and continuity of Network and Telecom services;
Guarantee the quality of service delivered to internal and external users;
Take care of the needs of internal and external users and ensure their satisfaction;
Ensure the security of the Networks;
Financially optimise the network platforms selected and deployed and control the budget allocated;
Participate in drawing up the budget;
Follow the KPI's;
Manage and lead your team in a good working atmosphere: objectives, holidays, annual interviews, training, etc;
Ensure validation interviews during recruitment and integrate new employees;
Encourage the development of skills among team members;
To be a bearer and promoter of the group's values and to ensure that they are respected and applied;
