Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' from the moment they arrive in resort.
Being present during our customers holidays is an essential part of this role, supporting them both in our hotels and at times at the airport.
All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic local knowledge of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences and attractions to match our customers' needs to ensure they have a lovely holiday.
Using our digital systems daily, you will monitor and record any customer incidents or feedback you receive to ensure our in-house systems are always up to date. This information is used by our departments back in the UK to make recommendations and improvements to ensure we keep delivering a VIP service to our all-important customers.
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as One Team, this could be the perfect role for you.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.
You will also already be a driver with access to your own transport and be able to provide the required Right to Work documents for the country where the role is based.
Already living in the destination, or happy to relocate at your own expense, you will be happy to learn as much as you can about the area to pass on your local knowledge to our customers.
We cover the following resorts in the Algarve: Albuferia, Vilamoura, Alvor, Praia da Rocha, Lagos, Montegordo, Tavira, Olhao and Praia da Luz.
