Requirements

Have excellent English and Dutch language skills (at native level)

Have compelling communication and team skills;

Available to work on shifts basis (including night hours and weekends)

Responsibilities

The Service Desk Agent will provide with excellent Level 1 Technical Support to customers (B2B) by email, phone

and/or chat both in Dutch and in English languages

Escalating issues to the different departments accordingly

Life Insurance + Health Insurance since day 1 (extensible to spouse and children)

1500€ paid on your third month of contract upon the condition that the candidate will remain with the company for at least 12 months. In case the candidate decides to leave before the 12th month of contract, this amount will be deducted from his/her last pay check. 

Outros aspectos a referir

Full time; the line opens at 5am and closes at 9pm, shifts rotate within this range of time + 1 Saturday per month (7am to 4pm fixed shift).
