Role Responsibility:

  • Issuing of Job ads using multiple recruitment channels including job portals & social media sources
  • Sourcing of potential hires through different channels and through own connections
  • Processing of applicants and potential hires
  • Handling the screening and selection of candidates in a thorough and speedy way
  • Maintaining a database of candidates for different job roles and positions
  • Collecting documentation after successful completion of offer phase
  • Acting as a point of reference for new hires regarding the process of collecting the required documentation
  • Carry out the necessary background checks regarding new hires before the start date
  • Verifying of original documents on the employee's first day
  • Constantly updating and maintaining employee files
  • Carrying out research on procedures for obtaining documentation in different countries
  • Maintaining guidelines for Hiring Managers on documentation that need to be provided from candidates
  • Constantly strive to improve the selection, screening and security process

Expected skills and experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changes well
  • Previous experience with handling high volume documentation gathering
  • Able to multi task and juggle a number of tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail are a Must
  • Ideally be in possession of a Tertiary Level of Education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
