Responsibilities: 
·         Dealing with general day-to-day administration of the department via telephone, correspondence and email etc.
·         Sifting through CV databases whilst trying to locate adequate candidates that possess the pre-determined set of attributes and/or skills and would prove to be beneficial to the company and forwarding all CV’s to the recruiters within the team
·         Liaise with the recruiters on a daily basis to ensure that records of contacted candidates accurately maintained ensuring all details are listed down as well as their current status on the Recruitment Information Management System (RIMS)
·         Establish communication with the candidates whilst setting up an appointment for recruiters to contact.
·         Follow up and continuously chase confirmations from candidates with regards to their invitations and attendance to previews
·         Updating the team’s daily stats whilst tallying up the totals at the end of the day and updating management personnel accordingly
·         Liaise with all the necessary departments and personal in constructing, updating and maintaining preview list
·         Liaise with the Training Department administrator on the issuing of Introduction Emails should the case arise where candidates are accepted to be offered a place on the Training Course
·         Should a candidate be successful, it is the sole responsibility of the recruiter to ensure that all necessary paperwork is submitted to HR prior to attending training course
·         Sending SMS reminders to booked candidates on a weekly basis with the intention of generating more positive confirmations for Preview Meeting
·         Train any new recruits as and when required
·         The support of other colleagues’ within the department as and when required
·         Handle and manage any ad-hoc projects that may crop up as and when requested by the management


Required/Desirable Qualifications/Experience 

Previous experience in a telephone based role and/or customer service is a must
·         Previous experience in a sales environment is considered to be an asset.
·         ECDL certified
·         Minimum level of education is A level standard. Degree level considered to be an asset however not a pre-requisite
·         Ability to adapt to new situations and adjust accordingly
·         Organized and diligent
·         Confident, strong natured in character and preferably extrovert in nature
·         Attention to detail and accurate
·         Works well under pressure and able to multi-task whilst handling phone calls
·         Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
·         Excellent communication skills and command of the English Language
·         Willingness to learn
·         Time management skills
·         Solid command of the Microsoft Office Package
