  • Working alongside both Gambling, FX and Ecommerce merchants to drive new customer acquisition via partnership marketing campaigns; including assisting with the acquisition of new VIP’s and/or affiliates;
  • Create and drive strategy and growth plans for a portfolio of VIP account customers, including marketing approach, selection, pricing, account management and business optimization;
  • Contacting and regenerating inactive accounts/VIPs/affiliates; analysing and proactively anticipating VIP/affiliate needs and identifying new opportunities with new sign ups;
  • Responsible for recruiting and managing all new potential partnership relationships. Involves continuous communications with new respective leads, negotiating new agreements and improving their accounts;
  • Develops a monthly dashboard of statistics, recording and summarising all monthly statistics and performance against annual revenue forecasts;
  • Analyses and reports on VIP and affiliate activity, while making suggestions for rewards and events;
  • Creation and running of seasonal merchant-targeted promotions, including the production of campaign and design briefs, planning, execution and analysis of campaign results.
  • Responsible for ongoing engagement with the business unit Heads, as well as Account Management teams, to understand their respective merchant targets, merchant plans and how the partnership marketing strategy will assist their forecasted results
  • Manages external agency resources (email service provider, design/creative, publications etc.) to ensure merchant-targeted campaigns are executed on time, on budget and to high quality
  • Management of partnership marketing executive
  • Extensive and broad promotions marketing management experience, gained from significant tenures at well-respected companies
  • Commercially astute and proven focus on achievement of ROI
  • Strong campaign, project and budget management skills, alongside excellent briefing and agency/supplier management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior management/board level.
  • The ability to empathise and understand consumer behaviour and preferences.
  • Experience in or strong understanding of the iGaming or associated industries
  • Tenacious – overcomes barriers to effective working methods with a continuous improvement approach
  • Marketing degree or similar.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is considered an asset.
