Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the day-to-day generic Administrative duties - telephone as well as via email
  • Liaise with relevant overseas offices on any emails/issues that may arise
  • Handling any urgent queries concerning Pension reports
  • Liaising with consultants on any discrepancies that may arise on the paperwork completed upon client meeting by email and phone
  • Checking of documentation (once relevant training is provided) in order to ensure all relevant sections are completed and the information from one document to the other matches When information which is required in order to provide the required report is outstanding calls / emails need to be organized in order to get the required information so there are no delays
  • Liaise with our UK team since the paperwork being checked will need to be passed to them in order for this report to be organized
  • Ensure that business received adheres to basic compliance regulations which are required in order to process business smoothly
  • Generate reports as and when requested by the management
  • The support of other colleagues within the department as and when required
  • Handle and manage any ad-hoc projects that may crop up as and when requested by the management

Required/Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a telephone based role, customer service and/or administration
  • Exposure and/or experience with Pension products is a must.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Minimum level of education is “A” Level education and/or diploma level.
  • Degree level of education would be considered an asset, however not considered a main prerequisite
