Our client is a full 360 Digital Marketing Agency established in 2016 that provides effective, comprehensive digital technology, strategy consulting and digital marketing services for the regulated Portuguese market, Brazil and Latin America.
They are currently looking for experienced Payments and Fraud to join their young and talented team. The culture is one-of-a-kind, with a unique focus on giving the employees what they need.  
The Payments and Fraud Specialist will be the detective reviewing bet patterns, suspicious transactions and getting to the root of the solution.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Independently determine fraudulent activity and act according to agreed procedures with regards to transaction acceptance, account blocking, and further checks.
  • Reactively and proactively conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity
  • Careful monitoring of possible money laundering transactions
  • Proactively find players receiving bonuses which they are not eligible for applying appropriate processes to resolve the issue
  • Keep aware of active bonus campaigns and their vulnerabilities assuring that vulnerabilities do not manifest into business losses through diligent oversight of the customer base
  • Evaluate performance of players that come from a CPA campaign, looking for fraud


  • Processing customer withdrawals
  • Monitoring the website and in-house system on a regular basis to ensure that all payment methods are running efficiently
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints on missing payments.
  • Design processes and tools/direct projects to optimise the player experience including Cashier from UX, UI and core functionality perspectives
  • Monitoring of customer wallet transactions
  • Daily reports check [deposits/new registrations etc]


  • 1-2 year(s) of previous relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience or interests in the online gaming is a plus
  • English language to fluent level
