O que procura nos candidatos

  • Higher Education Degree – preferential;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, French and Spanish);
  • Must have 3 or more years in an information security position;
  • Must have experience with information security fraud investigations;
  • 1 or more years in a security management role;
  • 2 or more years in a security administrative/consultant position (plus);
  • Understand and be familiar with statutory or regulatory compliance;
  • Team Management;
  • CISSP certification (preferential);
  • CFE certification (preferential);
  • PMP certification (preferential);
  • ITIL certification (preferential);
  • Management Tools (e.g. MS Project);
  • Handling with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);

Que funções irão desempenhar

  • Manage the deployment of the GECSP (internal policies) and promote the culture of Information Security in the Operations;
  • Channel any topics requiring revision from the Global Security Council;
  • Anti-fraud compliance activities management
  • Support operations to collect information to evidence that the risks identified in the Security Assessment are being addressed;
  • Manage Client projects and assure interactions to identify client security requirements;
  • Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies;
  • Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategic and plans as required by department leadership;
  • Act with initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results;
  • Provide the team a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of “Care” to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance and engagement;
  • Support, motivate and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each team member to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets;
  • Measuring and improving the productivity of the team;
  • Team’s assessment: commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve the proposed objectives, relationship with colleagues, etc.) and team member’s performance evaluation (Biannual);
  • Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
