ManpowerGroup is recruiting a French Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
• Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;
• Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;
• Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
• Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
What we are looking for:
• Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & French (C1/C2 level);
• Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;
• Availability to work various shifts;
• Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
• Prior customer service experience;
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
