O que procura nos candidatos

On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an Office and Invoice Administrator. The role primarily involves supporting our sales department with all administrative agenda and ensuring a smooth running of the office.




Requirements:

- Good team player with great organizational skills,

- Excellent attention to details

- Fullproficiency in English and excellent communicator.

- Ability to work independently

- Good at prioritising

- Self-motivated and can-do attitude

Que funções irão desempenhar

Main responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient running of the office and business operation

- Preparing sale invoices and sending reminders to clients for overdue invoices

- Processing incoming payments

- Processing signed agreements including scanning, copying and filing

- Checking and updating monthly statistics for affiliate accounts

- Handling official documents
