One of our established iGaming Operator clients are currently looking for an MLRO to join their Legal and Compliance team.  The MLRO will ensure the company is compliant with all current and future AML regulations.

Requirements:

At least 3 years relevant experience in compliance & AML within the iGaming Industry

Excellent knowledge of AML regulatory obligations

Relevant certification in AML/CFT

Excellent oral and written English and able to communicate with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders

Have a strong degree of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness

Able to analyse data and to present it in an easy, comprehensible manner

Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities:

Develop, improve and manage the company's policies and processes related to AML across numerous jurisdictions, in line with the latest regulations in the remote gaming industry

Develop and implement a monitoring system to ensure that all suspicious transactions are investigated, documented, and passed on to the relevant authorities if necessary

In collaboration with internal stakeholders, carry out periodical risk assessments and advise the company on necessary actions

Ensure that there is a compliance culture, not only within the team but also across the whole company, including delivery of company-wide AML training

Act as a liaison officer with the regulator and also act as a PML

Liaise with 3rd parties and regulators when and as needed

Any other ad-hoc duties related to the role
