Previous experience as Manager – Digital Customer Center or in a similar position;

Fluency in English, French and Spanish (mandatory);

High organization skills, and availability to work in a changing environment;

High standards, straight in interactions, pragmatic as well as reliable.

Que funções irão desempenhar

Provide encouragement to team members, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks;
Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals;
Recruitment processes and new team's member training;
Generate comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
