Requirements:

• A warranted Lawyer in Malta with legal work experience in the Commercial field
• Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; Gaming laws, employment, and data

protection law considered an asset

• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Able to work well independently
• Great analytical skills

Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations,

internal policies, and procedures

• Responsible for varied contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting including: Software licenses, Data Processing Agreements, Payment Services Contracts, Marketing Contracts,
• Consulting Agreements, and general terms and conditions, amendments to/extension of
  existing contractual arrangements and intragroup contracts
• Handling various corporate matters such as share transfers, company incorporation, as

• well as drafting/preparation of corporate documentation such as resolutions, MFSA forms,
  minutes of board meetings, and ensuring group entities meet various company law
  

• Monitoring, conducting research and advising on legal and regulatory developments in

relevant legal fields in various jurisdictions

• Advising the organisation on appropriate intellectual property protection measures,

on commercial, as well as legal, aspects of transactions and negotiating with counterparty
legal, commercial, and procurement

• Presentation of legal issues to management together with analysis, options, and
• 
  
• Lead any legal Due Diligence process with the support of the CFO and the Compliance
• 
  
• Assist the board in preparation of legal & compliance documentation, including KYC

documentation, internal and external, with relative constitutive documents for statutory,
legal, and regulatory purposes

• Serve in liaison with the Compliance Director, for local and foreign regulators, and legal

bodies as well as maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies

• Maintain a corporate business risk register and assessment in cooperation with the CEO CFO and Compliance Director.
