A Fed Finance encontra-se em processo de recrutamento para um técnico de contas a receber para um prestigiado cliente na baixa de Lisboa, com um contrato a termo certo efetivo renovável anualmente.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams is a plus.
  

Que funções irão desempenhar

• Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
• Process payments received and apply them to appropriate customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
