Our client is an established and profitable online casino facing the Asian market with an experienced leadership team who have spun out from major household gambling operators. The business is currently relocating from Malta to Cyprus and we are looking for a Japanese speaking Marketing Executive to join their team set-up in Cyprus.
Requirements:
Experience in iGaming or online marketing is a big plus
Demonstrated skills in working on solo or remote projects and executing projects with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Office
Enjoy working in fast-paced and managing different projects at the same time
Tackle problem solving with creative thinking

Excellent and proactive communication skills
Outgoing, ability to adapt quickly and effectively in an evolving small business
Native-like Japanese and excellent English (verbal and written)
Affiliate Marketing Operations:
Recruiting new affiliates and supporting them on board
Setting up and optimize all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new tools
Reactivate old affiliates through campaigns
Answer affiliate queries
Assist managing onsite 2 brands’ content and affiliate mass communications - promotions visibility and adding information including game contents, news, and any affiliate-related contents
Media/Contents Management - Support when needed social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Support new site building and landing page creation when needed to deliver new concept
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify competitor activity in terms of marketing collateral, welcome offers, and promotions.
New Industry trends and promotional concepts.
Affiliation and SEO on various channel of display
