Que funções irão desempenhar

Part of your daily activities will be

• Seize the opportunity to “ through each interaction by showing a keen interest in the customer and becoming, by an increased knowledge of the services offered by Wish, an expert and a defender of the brand

• Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction

• Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping

• Support the customers before, during and after purchase

Quais os benefícios oferecidos

• Working Monday-Sunday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm

• Salary: 1.556.03 € gross per month
