O que procura nos candidatos

ManpowerGroup is recruiting an Italian Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.

 What we are looking for

 

  • Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Italian (C1/C2 level);
  • Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;
  • Availability to work various shifts;
  • Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
  • Prior customer service experience;
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
