Que funções irão desempenhar
Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely
Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;
Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.

At the start of the project, the
training will take place at home and afterwards will move on
to the Matosinhos site (near Matosinhos Sul metro station).
