Que funções irão desempenhar

Main responsibilities
Managing the hiring process

  • Understanding the job requirements and defining a candidate profile with the best fit to the job, team, and company culture
  • Create the ads to be appealing for the candidates with the desired profile
  • Choose the proper recruiting channels to advertise the position
  • Choose and coordinate the collaboration with recruiting agencies
  • Conduct the tests and the interviews with the candidates
  • Hire the person with the highest probability of success
  • Design and conduct the induction process for the new teammates
  • Keep in touch with the people to understand the team vibe and to assess staff morale

Offer his support to:

  • Create the appraisals scheme and coordinate the periodical appraisals
  • Design strategies and choose actions to create and maintain a positive attitude and a pleasant environment at the job
  • Identify talents in the team, people who qualities and capabilities to take on higher positions
  • Advise the top management about the HR policies and strategy
