Que funções irão desempenhar

·         Ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations;

·         Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance

·         Manage all HR processes related to the employee lifecycle and development;

·         Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner, including processing new hires, terminations, and other employment status changes in the payroll system

·         Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition;

·         Ensure communication with employees, providing all necessary explanations and support;

·         Ensure legal compliance with the labour law in all HR procedures of the company

·         Assist all HR areas, including recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, among others;

What skills we are looking for:

·         Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
