💼 Permanent, Full-Time | 39 Hours per Week

💶 €14.50 per hour

We are now inviting compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in South Dublin. 

 Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland -unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available at this time. EU Candidates only encouraged to apply.

✅ Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent) 
• 2+ years’s experience in elder care 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Strong supervisory and motivational skills 
• OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care to residents 
• Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts 
• Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure. 
• Organise daily work plans with nursing staff. 
• Support all aspects of residents’ daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship.
