Profile:

Strong business understanding and product knowledge.

Passion for sports and casino and a good understanding of the Portuguese market.

Experience in a similar position is mandatory, preferably within the iGaming industry

Proven experience with retention funnels of optimization is mandatory

Proficient user of Excel or any additional software.

Creative personality with ambition to learn.

Self-going team player who is capable of working in a high-tempo environment.

Knowledge of English is considered a must, both verbally and written.

Que funções irão desempenhar

The candidate will report to the Managing Director and the main Responsibilities will be:

Build on top of the existing user lifecycle engagement strategy to take it to the next level

Approach CRM and retargeting automation to create an integrated 360 re-engagement strategy, from first in-app message/push notification to retargeting advert outside of the company’s

Manage, develop and expand campaigns and ad groups

Manage and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and customer growth  objectives (registrations and deposit conversion, effective onboarding, churn reduction, reactivation, upsell, cross sell)

Constantly dive into campaign performance metrics to surface new learnings and drive continuous improvements to KPIs

Creation, run and monitoring of Loyalty plan (up-sell and ROI increase)

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing spend within budget;

Manage budget forecast and variance explanations

Drive campaign conversion optimization testing, by experimenting with creatives, ad copy, bids, and audience segmentation across several retargeting platforms

Be extremely confident with retention tactics, personalized strategies and retention funnels

Campaigns briefing and coordination of assets across multiple stakeholders (design, social and

acquisition)

Identify opportunities for campaign and process improvement, quantify the impact, and drive implementation

User centered customer experience/ user journeys building & optimization

Stay on top of the latest trends, CRM best practices, Ad platforms, Ad formats, bidding methodologies and processes related to digital retention marketing
