Requirements:
A gaming lawyer with experience guiding a gaming business in European regulated markets particularly across the MGA, and DACH markets
A true team player who can contribute to a positive team spirit

A flexible approach, able to adapt to change with a positive mindset
Responsibilities:
Managing a team to achieve team goals in line with the Company vision
The management of Regulatory risk, contractual matters and disputes, security and IP, as well as corporate governance
Advising on, and updating policies related to Anti-money laundering, responsible gambling, consumer rights, privacy and data protection
Management of regulatory assessments and audits
Liaising with regulatory bodies on all compliance matters including regulatory reporting and compliance to the regulator
Advising our teams with regards to legal and compliance requirements that apply to the content in advertising, promotions, competitions, digital marketing, data capture, data processing and customer research and analysis
Monitoring and reviewing established products from a compliance perspective, including but not limited to marketing compliance
Drafting and updating terms and conditions for marketing promotions, offers and bonuses etc.
Research into multi-national regulatory regimes and risk management with the scope for market expansion
Management of license application processes
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts
Identifying legal issues, providing analysis of legal risks and creating and implementing solutions structured to achieve business objectives efficiently
Retaining and managing outside legal counsel, to ensure cost-effective representation
to be discussed
