Responsibilities:

Work towards achieving company performance goals building & maintaining strong customer relationships and understand customers’ needs

Perform outbound calls to keep new customers updated with the latest products and promotions

Reactivating existing customers and closing sales by promoting the company's products and brands.

Keep the customer accounts and information updated in the system

Be a team player who thrives under pressure and continuously strive to achieve targets and deadlines while maintaining a healthy and fun work environment
