O que procura nos candidatos

  • Native or fluent German and English language skills both written and spoken
  • 2+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry with a focus on Casino product
  • Leadership experience highly preferred
  • Competent in using at least one Marketing Automation Tool (Emarsys preferred)
  • Highly data driven with a very strong understanding of numbers
  • Able to work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams to nurture mutually beneficial relationships
  • Take responsibility and hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
  • Have a customer centric mindset where the customer is always in the middle of everything thus you design and deliver solutions with them in mind.

Que funções irão desempenhar

As Games CRM Team Lead you will be responsible for increasing customer retention and engagement with a focus on their Games product through excellent multi-channel communication and event driven ad-hoc promotions.You will have the responsibility of increasing the customer lifetime value by up and cross-selling customers from the database depending on their value and life cycle segments. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Guide a team of Games CRM Managers to ensure that the team performs on a high efficiency
  • Maximize the customer experience and life-time value by leading the CRM Games campaigns with meticulous customer knowledge and dedicated passion to create moments in-game
  • Own all Games campaigns from end to end: Creation, suggestion of target groups based on value segments and predictive models, budgeting, preparation, execution, and analysis of results
  • Monitor, analyse, and track the financial effectiveness of Games campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns by using A/B tests and insights from the Marketing Intelligence team
  • Ensure the best possible usage of all marketing tools in close collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Managing the Games marketing campaign calendar and Games campaign forecasts
