O que procura nos candidatos

·         Deal directly with customers by phone, email and chat;

·         Respond promptly to customer inquiries;

·         Handle and resolve customer complaints within a 1-2 business-day turnaround;

·         Follow up on customer interactions;

·         Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports to management;

·         Performs additional tasks according to business needs.

Que funções irão desempenhar

·         Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German;

·         Knowledge in English (B2 level minimum);

·         Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;

·         Work as part of the larger support team, collaborating with other departments to ensure proactive, superior front-line customer support;

·         Calculate and document cost share amounts for potential customers.
