customer service experience (e.g. call centre, helpdesk, etc.);
knowledge of German (written and spoken);

Que funções irão desempenhar
- Supporting German speaking customers;
- You will become an important contact person when handling all inquiries in a professional manner from German customers via telephone, e-mail and live support;
- Maintaining high customer service standards is of the upmost priority;
- Due to the various tasks, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and marketing activities;
- In this diverse role you will also be an essential point of reference, both internally and externally. Further tasks will include translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website).
