Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar customer service role
Fluency in both Italian and German language is required
You are a strong team player, who enjoys a collaborative environment
You are self-driven, flexible, and eager to exceed expectations
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email, live chat and phone promptly
Handle KYC documents
Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues
Read, analyse, and interpret customers feedback and reply with clear, concise, and helpful information
Add / amend transactions in customer accounts, when necessary or instructed
Help with translations and ad hoc tasks
Follow up on pending cases to ensure they are resolved with the highest level of quality
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Take care of VIP players
Work closely with the Head of Italy
