Due to continuous growth, our Client in Limassol (Cyprus) is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients in a daily basis via chat and email.
Requirements:
Native/ Fluent in French Language
Experience or Understanding of the financial services and/or online sector will be considered as advantage
Ability to communicate clearly and concise in English
Able to work on shifts rotation
Good Communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly
Showing empathy and understanding
Attention to Detail
Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customers via live chat and emails
Document and delegate bugs and other issues
Troubleshoot new issues directly with our customers
Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Assist with any other ad-hoc projects within the Department
