O que procura nos candidatos

• French native (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative is a plus

Que funções irão desempenhar
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:
• Helping customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner
• Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds…).
• Provide warm contact with the clients, attending to their queries, and adding value by increasing our brand awareness.
