Reporting to the COO and working directly with the Group deputy CFO and Group Controller in Belgium, you will have to generate financial plans, budget, develop and implement long term business / funding strategy and cash-flow management.
Taking part in the implementation, follow-up, auditing of international and local reporting. Managing the overall flow of the International Business, focusing on Cash Management and any other related activities. We require someone who will bring with him/her it’s financial and analytical expertise. Acting as an intermediary between business unit managers and the deputy CFO.

Duties to include:
- Oversee all budgets related to all International activities (online casinos in various jurisdictions)
- Ensure International accounting activities and reporting are in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and company procedures
- Supervising  the annual audit of all International activities, whilst ensuring that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and gaming authorities
- Manage and control the overall cashflow between the International Entities. Preparation and overseeing reconciliation of daily cash transfers and finance reports
- Implement a cash management system and ensure its follow-up
- Develop Financial KPIs
- Manages the casino reporting and revenue collection and remittance system to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulations
- Completes and provides accurate monthly and year-end financial reporting 
- Advises senior management and department managers on financial aspects of the operation and performs related required functions
- Using excellent organizational and leadership skills, manages the performance and development of direct reports
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently
- Lead and Support the annual plan and forecasting processes for business units, including scheduling, forecasting, uploading, adjusting, consolidating and validating. Participate in the review of plans/forecasting with the senior management.
- Partnering with the CFO to develop and lead the company’s approach to risk, and fulfil any regulatory requirements and further evolve the financial policies and processes

Your talents & requisites:
- 5 years’ experience as a Financial Controller or Financial Auditor, in a large organization and/or within a group of companies, ideally in the iGaming industry
- Master degree in accounting, economics, business or finance related fields
- Expert knowledge of accounting and financial practices practices, tax, and applicable legislation
- Excellent analytical skills to perform budget, trend, ratio and cost/benefit analyses
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Additional knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be a plus but not a necessity
- Strong willing to be a “problem killer” and “process driver”
- Be prepared to regularly travel abroad (Belgium, Spain, France, Serbia, Portugal…)
- Knowledge of a BI tool would be a plus
- Establish strong “business partner” relationship with the functional teams
- Act as the company’s technical expert in accounting matters
- Participate in key decisions as a member of senior management team
- Assist in formulating the operations future direction and support tactical initiatives
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the operations risk profile
- Strong negotiation, acute analytical and implementation skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and all of it functionalities
- Being social and attentive, able to proactively gather information from different departments
- Pro-active attitude as regards to decision making
