Manpower is recruiting a Dual
language Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering
outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries
across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.

Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely
Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;
Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
we are looking for
Superb written and oral communication skills in
both English (B2 level minimum) & Swedish (C1/C2 level);
Team player with a positive attitude who thinks
as a business owner would;
Availability to work various shifts;
desktop computer system and internet skills;
Prior customer service experience;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to
succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
fashion is a PLUS!

Initial and continuous training;
Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract;
