O que procura nos candidatos

To sustain the growth of our Operations in Lisbon, we’re currently recruiting an English speaker Recruiter to join our team of multilingual, international recruitment experts. Reporting to the International Recruitment Manager, you will be owner of international recruitment and selection processes.

Your Profile 

·       Fluency in English (C1);

·       Fluency in German, Dutch, French, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Arabic or Hebrew is a plus;

·       University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar;

·       Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (preferable);

·       Sales experience or sales profile;

·       International experience is a plus;

·       Good communication and team work skills;

·       Responsible, available, dynamic and flexible.

Que funções irão desempenhar


·       Recruitment of multilingual Sales and Customer Service Representatives for Teleperformance Portugal´s operations based in Lisbon;

·       Analyze CVs and make pre-selection calls in English, both with local and international applicants from all over Europe;

·       Validating applicants’ language skills, technical skills and soft skills required;

·       Assessment of online selection tests;

·       Presentation of candidates to the Hiring Managers;

·       Presentation of job offers;

·       Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad;

·       Welcoming of candidates on site on their first day of job training;

·       Handling of various administrative processes connected to the candidates selection process;

·       Database insertion of applications and keeping the database updated;

·       Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company through professionalism and positive influence at every occasion.
